GYMIRO Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at GYMIRO. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing & Handling Times
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1β3 business days.
- Schedule: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- High Volume Delay: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3β7 business days (Estimated delivery time).
- Expedited Shipping: 1β3 business days (Estimated delivery time).
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over [INSERT DOLLAR AMOUNT, e.g., $75].
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs clearance.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Tracking Email: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- Activation: The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of generation.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Responsibility: GYMIRO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- Fees: All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Defective Items
- Full Coverage: As detailed in our Return Policy, if your item arrives broken, defective, or damaged, GYMIRO will issue a 100% full refund or send a free replacement.
- Action Required: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and email photos/videos to gymirousa@gmail.com immediately upon receipt.
